EC Regulation 1223/2009 on cosmetic products came into effect in July 2013. In a nutshell, it states that every cosmetic product sold on the EU market must have a ‘Responsible Person’ who guarantees its compliance and safety for human health.

 

New York-based Amazon Beauty Inc. d.b.a. Rahua turned to TLogistics in that same year. We set up an entity in the Netherlands to be their Responsible Person and have been successfully representing their interests in Europe ever since!
